Because
like some kind of idiot savant, you can remember all the words to a song
you haven't heard in twenty years, even though you have no idea where
you parked your car last night.
"Hammered Man" (animated below) is the
invention of Oly and Joe Shmoe.
He's an anatomically correct proletarian 1/6 scale version of the
androgynous 50 foot tall "Hammering Man" in front of the Seattle
Art Museum, complete with gear-motor to power his arm. He has
sipped from his beer every 10 seconds on the sidewalk in front of the Blue Moon Tavern
every day since April Fools day 1999. He's been attacked by
evildoers, escaped kidnapping, checked himself into rehab, and has had major surgery
multiple times over the years,
but manages to survive, annoy, write bad poetry.

If you want a printable version of
these
Shmoe posters,
just left-click on the thumbnail, right-click on the hi-res image,
save and then print if you want one for the
fridge or whatever.

Oly's album cover for the Gary Burton Quartet in 1967.
Grammy Nominee but no ceegar.
